Most outbound dies on one decision: who to write to this week. Ami has already made it 17,707 times and kept score. Built on GPT-6 Astra and every one of those campaigns, it reads your website, picks the buyers who actually convert, and plans backwards from the number you need: leads, senders, weeks. If the list you asked for won't work, it says so before it builds anything. Approve the plan and it runs the outreach, watches every campaign, and fixes what slips. 19,854 booked meetings behind it.
Building AiSDR has made me rethink how much of sales can be solved by automating the tasks.
We started with prospect research, writing outreach, and handling replies. But I kept joining customer calls to help answer more basic questions: Who should we target? What should we offer? Why would someone care right now? What should we change when nobody responds?
I once paid an outbound agency $30,000 and got zero meetings in six months.
When we built AiSDR, I learned how easy it is to automate the emails while leaving the hardest decisions to the customer: who to contact, why now, and what to offer.
"If the list you asked for won't work, it says so before it builds anything" is the line that sold me, most tools would rather take the money. Honest question as a solo founder one day past launch: for a $29 product with no sales team, does the plan it builds ever come back as "outbound isn't the channel for you"? I'd trust it more if it sometimes did.
@thicreator, it won't work. The unit economics won't add up. CAC with Ami is around $150-$200, so makes sense if your product ACV is $3k and up

@thicreator In all truth, for most companies within a similar MRR range it wouldn't and we'd recommend capping on impulsive purchasing instead. BUT if your product has a very low entry bar, a clear upsell path to a higher MRR, and is a fit for a bunch of use cases -- that could be an outlier and you could try that
@alina_karnaukh@yuriy_zaremba that's the answer that makes me trust the product, thank you both. We do have the upsell path ($29 a deck, then $99/mo, then teams) but I'd rather earn that on inbound first and come back when the ACV justifies $150 a customer. Respect for telling a would-be customer no on launch day.
@alina_karnaukh@thicreator, that's a good strategy. Also when you start selling to corporates, multiple users at once

As the human approving all this, what does my day actually look like once campaigns are live? If Ami is watching every campaign and proposing fixes, I assume a lot of things end up needing my sign-off. Does it batch or prioritize what actually needs me, or do I get pinged per campaign?
@lytvynova, you get pinged when meetings get booked on full auto mode and if you set it into less autonomous mode - you will get notified on positive responses and when fixes need to be approved

I have no clue in outbound, but I'm really curious what makes Ami's signal actually different from a good guess dressed up as data? Tell me more, I want to test it for my startup
@franchukpetro, thanks! This is a great question. It live scrapes the web to find the signal and then we have a separate "evaluator" that evaluates the research and classifies it against the initial search criteria you asked for. It's live web data, so it's not guessing.
As to where the idea for signal comes from - it's rooted in over 17k campaigns we've run across 27 industries for the past 3 years.

Kudos on getting live! So when a campaign is not working, there are four things you can change: the audience, the offer angle, the messaging, or just the timing. From the outside they all look the same, low replies. How does Ami know which one to touch?
And how long does it wait before deciding? Reply data on small volume is very noisy, two bad days can mean nothing. Curious how many sends it needs before it trusts the number enough to kill something or change it.
@adiatlov, you're right. It knows which level to pull based on experience from 17k+ campaigns and starts experimenting with them only once campaign has run for some time. Like a real outbound expert

GTM used to mean having the right person in the room. Someone who had seen enough campaigns to know when an audience was off, when a signal actually mattered, or when a “good” idea should probably be killed.
That experience was hard to scale.
With Ami, some of that judgment can finally live in the product!
I think that changes GTM in a pretty fundamental way. Not because AI can send more outreach, but because people can start with less expertise and still make much better decisions.
After working with a few hundred customers, that feels huge to me!!
Very happy to be part of this, and even happier to be one of the people behind Ami 💜
@olha_kandya, we are changing that with Ami. Ami was in 18k rooms, booked 20k meetings across 27 industries and now can help people, who don't know where to start
Great job on the launch! I’m curious about Ami’s security boundaries when running campaigns. What actions can it take autonomously, and which ones require user approval?
