Ahlya is an intelligent cycle-syncing wellness app designed to help women live in harmony with their hormones. Ahlya was born out of a personal struggle with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), pre-menstrual syndrome (PMS), and burnout. After years of being offered surface-level solutions such as the contraceptive pill, I discovered the transformative impact of aligning nutrition, movement, and mental health support with the menstrual cycle. That journey became the blueprint for Ahlya. Unlike traditional period trackers or generic wellness apps, Ahlya provides daily, phase-specific insights across six core wellbeing pillars: Mind, Body, Nutrition, Beauty, Intimacy, and Life. It combines science-backed guidance with tools such as a gratitude journal, guided meditations, and motivational audios - uniquely supporting both physical and mental wellbeing. Ahlya’s mission is simple: to close the gender health gap by providing intelligent, empathetic, and holistic support for women everywhere.
