The "zero missed calls" promise is compelling for service businesses, but I'm curious about edge cases. When the AI agent encounters something genuinely ambiguous—like a customer asking about a product you discontinued last month—does it gracefully transfer to a human, or does it attempt to handle it and risk providing outdated info? Also, how does lead qualification work for businesses with complex sales cycles where context matters more than yes/no answers?

@easytoolsdev Good questions. On ambiguity: the agent doesn't guess. If something's not in the knowledge base with high confidence, it flags for human follow-up rather than risk giving bad info. You configure what always routes to a person.

On complex sales: the agent has actual conversations, asks follow-ups, and captures nuance. You get full transcripts, not just "qualified: yes/no." Your team walks in with real context.

Happy to let you stress-test it with weird edge cases if you want, that's honestly our favorite kind of feedback.
