Yapz is a free online form builder designed to get people to speak their mind in realtime. It's intuitive and fun to use, so anyone can pose questions and see the full picture.
Hi Product Hunt! 👋
We built Yapz to be the most fun way to ask and answer questions on the internet. If you’re curious about what it might feel like to turn lifeless forms into letting people speak their mind in realtime, try your attempt at answering a Yapz on our site (https://yapz.app/live/elonmusk).
Yapz is unique because of our realtime interview-style forms reminiscent of Advanced Voice Mode, and its commitment to what you want to know to get the most out of each response. It turns responses into shareable insights instantly and presents it all in a way that allows you to see the full picture.
🚨 CHALLENGE: Create a Yapz to ask people something interesting. Share it on X and tag @yapzdotapp. The best Yapz will get a prize!
After two months in closed beta, we’re excited to open Yapz up to everyone. We're still in the early stages so any feedback is greatly appreciated :)
Tried it out myself just a while ago. The simplicity is top notch and it creates an integration for the respondent to answer the survey with voice conversationaly!!! insane! I would recommend possibly putting moore feedback in the survey creation cycle to help the AI follow the intention of the survey designer more closely
It looks so interesting Irfan, and funny for sure. I like to see AI applied in cases like this and I'm sure many people will take the most of it. Wish you the best here mate
Really simple and easy to use, a much more humane way to collect people's thoughts. I would suggest having a way to speed up giving responses though, with such a short attention span it's easy to get bored.

I really like the tool’s sleek UI and the voice chat is accurate. The only problem is it allows people to see a summary of all the submissions, I believe the control should be with the one who created the project.
Also I don’t understand on what grounds it categorises the feedback, even thought 90% feedback is positive it still says 50% improvement is required in a skill.
I used this to get feedback on my work from my colleagues, most have great things to say but the AI summarisation looks off.
@aashu24ahuja thanks for the feedback - we're working on the summarization! would you be open to a short call to walk me through what the experience was like for you?
only the person who created the project can see individual responses. as for people being able to see the global summary, we realized after filling out normal forms respondents don't get anything in return after they hit submit, so we wanted respondents to be able to see what everyone else is collectively saying similar to a poll as a reward for completing a yapz - we're open to making this configurable in the future.
the feedback is categorized by topics in the discussion outline.
