Trufflow helps you map how internal software gets used across teams. Track usage, adoption, and dependencies to understand how apps support work across teams and where they deliver the most impact.
I’m Lien, Co-Founder at Trufflow. We built Trufflow to answer a question we kept hearing:
“How do I know what I’m really getting for every dollar spent on software?”
We consistently heard from tech leaders that conveying the value of their technology investments to non-technical teams (especially finance) was a major challenge.
When technical teams can’t prove the value of their spend, it often results in budget cuts that leave R&D efforts underfunded.
So we built Trufflow to make it easier to: 🗺️ Map the entire tech value chain — showing who uses what, how often, and the downstream impact across teams 📊 Compare apps side-by-side — identify top performers and areas to improve 💡 Optimize resource allocation — shift investment toward high-performing portfolios and reduce spend on underused or redundant apps

We’d love to hear what you think and we’d also love to know: 👉 What's the biggest challenge when it comes to communicating tech value?
Congrats on the launch, Lien and team! Love the clear map of who’s using what and the downstream impact. Finally a way to show real value, not just seat counts.
@niladri_hazra Exactly! Seat count doesn't give a full picture of what is happening within your ecosystem. You want to be able to see adoption, usage, and even how much it costs to run your services/applications.
I really liked your launch for What To Build and gave it an upvote :)
Ngl, mapping out who’s actually using each app is such a game changer—finally no more guessing where all that software $$$ goes, fr. Realy clever idea, Lien!
@cruise_chen So happy to hear that Cruise! The last thing we want is for a Finance director who is disconnected from the process to come and cut your budget because they don't understand the impact of what you're building. Especially important when it comes to proving impact post software implementation!
Whoa, mapping how software actually gets used across teams? That’s genius—so many times I’ve wondered if tools are getting adopted or just sitting idle. How granular does Trufflow get with usage data?
@joey_zhu_seopage_ai Low adoption and high costs to maintain? No thank you. That's exactly why we want to help teams identify underutilized and redundant tools so that they can reallocate resources to the initiatives that matter.
Trufflow collects data at the application level. So if you have microservices, we can monitor those too.
In terms of granularity of the usage data, we give you the power to see every individual transaction, roll those up across products, and slice and dice the data via dashboard building tools to get whichever view makes the most sense for your use case.
@etien_bresciani Thank you! Sellinger AI looks interesting. I always found manual LinkedIn outreach to be so time-consuming so any chance to improve my output is always welcomed!
Super useful! Understanding how tools are actually adopted across teams can make a huge difference in streamlining workflows and cutting wasted spend. Congrats on the launch!
