One evening, my wife, a psychologist, suggested exploring the mental health market. As we delved deeper, we discussed pornography's silent addiction and its many consequences—from physical issues like erectile dysfunction to emotional challenges like increased social anxiety and shame, and even familial or spiritual impacts. It's estimated that 5% to 8% of the world’s adult population is affected by porn addiction, not to mention the youth and some kids, while the global porn industry profits are around $97 billion in total and counting. Solution: I created this first MVP version based on insights from people dealing with this problem, my wife's feedback, and the community. Its nice to see a wholesome product. From my experience of living with an addict (alcoholic parent, not porn), they often deny it to themselves first, so I can imagine the 5-8% is in fact higher. I saw a comment on reddit a while ago, where someone advertised on PornHub, it forced people to stop watching to click X. Perhaps due to the lack of concentration he had a high click rate but the conversion was very low. It could be an interesting place for you to advertise.

Thank you @ty_robb I relate to your experience. My dad and grandfather were alcoholics too. My dad realized it was a huge problem in his life and stopped 22 years ago, but it was a big challenge for him to accept it. He has also been an inspiration to me, showing that technology and community can be a big help with any addiction problem. I appreciate your suggestion. I'll give it more thought on how we could get more conversions from it.

@kyrylosilin Thanks for your comment! To answer your question, we launched a couple of weeks ago, but we've been working with some people in the meantime. One thing we've learned is that we need to double down on the learning modules. People like the structure, but we need the content to be more impactful, and we're working on that. However, people do like the check-in module and meditations. We have some users who installed the app organically since the day we launched, and some of them have checked in every day since then, which is an important metric for us! We have a few testimonials on our page and others from users who prefer not to be made public. Since we recently launched, we hope to get much more feedback from the community.
