Sounds like your program is acting as an agent. Which states are you able to use this in. What quality controls are in place, as each state has its own laws and rules? What about titles?

I've purchased several homes in various locations across the country over the last few years. In each of those transactions, I dealt with varying levels of service from the Realtors I worked with.
