Struktr started from a simple frustration: ⚠️ org charts tell you who reports to whom, but not how a product organisation actually works. In growing teams, the real questions are things like: • Which product areas do we have? • Who owns what across Product, Design, and Engineering? • Where are the gaps, overlaps, or unclear boundaries? Struktr is a lightweight way to model product domains and teams so everyone shares the same mental map — especially useful during growth, reorgs, or onboarding. It’s intentionally not an HR system, task tracker, or performance tool. Just clarity. I’d love feedback from anyone who’s worked in or led a product organisation that’s outgrown spreadsheets and slide decks. 🙏
