UI looks great and simple to use. I would be trying it and would want to compare it against other tools that are available in the market. Few questions - 1. How do you compare yourself with others in the market such as Freshdesk, Zendesk, etc. 2. If someone decides to migrate from other helpdesk management system, do you have a way to import tickets?

We have the best reporting in help desk that separates us from others in the business. 2. As of now importing tickets during transition is a part of our roadmap. So, we'll keep you posted on our updates.

Our team has been using ProProfs Helpdesk 1.0 for more than a year. Some new added features in 2.0 include Canned Responses, Shared inbox, collaborative email, Issue tracking , tons of integration. Great Product!
