From multiple channels. In one place. 1. Collect feedback. Customer interviews, feedback from customers that you capture at a conference, product requirements from sales calls, feedback sent from your web or mobile app, an email forwarded to ProdCamp, or an @intercom conversation. It all can be stored in one single place. ❤️ But it's not all. You can create a Public feature voting portal for your customers to vote on features you have in your backlog. ❤️ You can create a Public Roadmap on your own domain. Get notified about new feedback In a @slackhq channel. 2. Analyze and prioritize. Process feedback, attach it to product improvements (features), and prioritize using RICE scoring, the Prioritization matrix, or simply sort by the number of votes or amount of $ that you can associate with each customer account. 3. Sync with Project Management (to pass the ball to your Dev team). We integrate with Jira and GitLab. 4. Notify customers about shipped features, bug fixes, or improvements. Hi, congrats on starting this product! Is it possible to integrate it as widgets to my website? E.g. I’d like to have public roadmap on my site and it will be great to build such integration

Hey @alexey_yurkevich, We do have Feedback, NPS, and Changelog widgets that can be embedded into your website. Product Roadmap can be embedded with Iframe. Alternatively, you can host it by us but with your domain.

@devezehugo Hi Hugo, If we compare ourselves with Product Management tools, then we're more focused on Customer Feedback. If we compare ourselves with public roadmap tools, we have a product management module, a protected roadmap, an internal roadmap, and much more.
