A few years back, Anton, Vlad, and I faced major difficulties collecting and using clients' feedback to drive our product roadmap. We could not find any solution that would be easy to deploy and maintain, cost-effective, would cover feedback collection, prioritization, road-mapping, and could help us close the feedback loop to keep clients engaged while we were building what they needed. Fast forward, after a few months of work, we built our MVP and started testing it internally and with a couple of power users. Our goal to equip every single digital company has been ever-growing since that day and today we are excited to bring a free plan to the community so that your company can start turning user feedback into happier customers and revenue even at a pre-revenue stage.
