What do you think? …

Samantha Meyer
I built Offload because I have been that person so many times, the one who downloads a productivity app, gets excited about making lists, and then watches them collect dust. I have ADHD, and I know how easy it is to spend more time planning than actually doing. I wanted something different. An app that does not push you to do more, but helps you see what you can actually handle. Offload started as a simple idea, a place to get all the thoughts, priorities, and mental clutter out of your head. But the more I used it, the more I realized it was not just about organizing, it was about capacity. Life does not slow down, energy goes up and down, and expectations rarely match reality. Offload is about helping you understand your limits, plan your day in a way that actually works, and feel capable without burning out. I built this as an indie maker, a hobbyist, but with intention. Offload keeps things simple. No AI, no gimmicks, no trying to do everything at once. Every feature exists to help you live within your capacity, focus on what matters, and celebrate the wins, big or small. Mental health awareness shaped this app. I want it to remind people that they are enough. That making dinner for your family, giving your child a hug, or just getting through the day counts. Offload is not about being perfect or getting more done. It is about giving yourself permission to slow down, do less, and still feel accomplished. The problem I am trying to solve is one I have lived myself, the gap between what we want to do and what we can actually handle, and the stress, guilt, and overwhelm that gap brings. Offload will not fix your life or make you super productive, but it can help you make choices that fit your real capacity, notice the wins you already have, and finally feel like your everyday efforts are enough. Ultimately this is for the already burnt out, but still kicking, people in the world. I’d be interested to see if it’s helpful to anyone else.
