Nexorify

Create reminders & calendar events instantly by speaking

Nexorify turns your voice into instant reminders and calendar events — no typing, no friction. Just say, “Create a calendar event tomorrow from 10 to 11 AM, ‘Meeting with a colleague,’ and remind me 30 minutes before,” or “Remind me to send the report in 2 hours.” Nexorify does the rest. It removes the gap between thought and action — built for people who talk faster than they type.

Hey Product Hunt 👋 Nexorify was born from a small frustration — I constantly forgot things even though I had reminders. The problem wasn’t memory — it was friction. Opening an app, typing, setting time — too many steps for a simple thought. I wanted to remove that gap between intention and action. With Nexorify, you just speak naturally — “Remind me to send that report in 2 hours” — and it’s instantly done. No typing, no overthinking, no lost ideas. It’s not about AI hype. It’s about capturing thoughts the moment they appear — before they slip away. That’s what Nexorify is for. Would love your feedback on what feature would make it even smoother or smarter 🙌

@ik0stin Hey Ilya, congrats on the launch! What is the main difference between Nexorify and Siri?

Ilya

@michael_vavilov Thanks so much, Michael! Really appreciate it. Siri is a voice assistant — but it doesn’t give you a single place to see all your reminders. With my app, everything happens in one place — you can create, edit, and view reminders and events without switching apps.

Congrats on your launch. Innovative tools like this deserve early support

Ilya

@sanskarix Thank you so much for your kind words and support! It really means a lot.

An incident from the life of my friend that happened recently:

I was cooking dinner last night, my hands were covered in flour, and then my husband asks: "Did you record when the parent meeting is?"Normally, I would have said, "I'll write it down now," wiped my hands, and unlocked my phone... And by that time I had already forgotten the exact time .

Instead, she just said out loud in the app, "Remind me about the parents' meeting on Thursday at 6 p.m." and that's it, she continued to knead the dough.

No panic, no forgotten cases. Sometimes the simplest solutions turn out to be the most useful. 🙂

Okay, did you just make me work-free now? 😅 The idea of manually setting reminders irks me too. Sometimes it’s not forgetfulness, it’s just too many steps between thinking and doing. I love that Nexorify removes that friction entirely.

Does it integrate with Google Calendar or Apple Reminders yet? Congratulations on your launch.

Ilya

@george_esther Thanks so much, Esther! I totally feel the same — that gap between thinking and doing always bothered me. Sometimes you try to keep a thought in your head “just for a second,” and it’s gone before you record it 😅. Yes, Nexorify is already integrated with Google Calendar. Instead of Apple Reminders, I built my own reminder system, but I’m considering adding Reminders integration later on. Really appreciate your kind words!

As someone who is glued to my Google Calendar, this seems like a great product and solution to stay organized with your calendar and be more efficient!

Ilya

@ellyanabaumet Thank you so much! I completely relate — Google Calendar is my lifeline too, and staying organized with it keeps everything running smoothly. I designed Nexorify exactly for that reason: to make managing your events and reminders as seamless as possible, so you can focus on what matters most. If you have any ideas or features that would make the experience even better, I’d love to hear them! Really appreciate your support 🙌
