That’s how RISE with Amber was born — a mindful AI companion that helps people manage daily stress, one small win at a time. By day, I’m a product manager in healthcare and tech. By night, I build things that help people feel a little lighter. RISE with Amber is my passion project — a private, safe space where people can breathe, reflect, and feel supported.
