I was blown away when I first saw Mega HR proactively automate away the most tedious parts of recruiting, like getting a phone number or reminding a teammate to rate a candidate, or it handling scheduling. Congrats @dboundz and team. It’s always especially cool to see successful founders try to solve the same problem a second time in a fresh way.

Really cool stuff here and congrats on this launch. What really caught my eye here though was the "Eliminates Ghosting". I don't know anyone has hasn't suffered this while in search for a job and I love the idea that AI could begin to help solve this. I do tend to feel much of the issue with the lack of communication comes down to capacity in most cases (and a bit of laziness). It makes a lot of sense that AI agents would solve for that. Anyways, good luck @dboundz with the launch. Megan sounds like a good thing.

Hey Darren, NGL, I think this is a great concept but what really stands out for me is that AI could put an end to ghosting job seeks. To me this is such a massive problem and it's impacting so many and wasting so much time & effort. I've been there and it makes a lot of sense that AI, with infinite time & resources could make the process of finding a job more transparent. Love it and wish you well with your launch.
