@benson_huang Hi Benson, thanks for the question! Mappie allows you to create projects/epics that act as your knowledge base for the features and user stories you want to write. It allows you to refine your work items without constantly copying and pasting or scrolling to the top of your thread to refer to a work item you were working on. Also, we will take it one step further, and you will be able to refer cross-epic and cross-user stories to give our chat assistant the exact context you want it to know. Another major difference is that you can write and edit work items in Markdown, just like a Notion or Craft and you will be able to export them to Jira or AzureDevops for a seamless workflow in the near future.
