Give them your money if you love the idea. THEY ARE CREATING THE PRODUCTS and as an oft-supporting crowdfunder everthing I see from them and all the communication I have had with them confirms to me that MAGFAST IS LEGIT. And then be patient. IF YOU NEED THE MONEY, THEN YOU SHOULDN'T BE "INVESTING" IN CROWDFUNDING. It takes time. And some technology MORE THAN OTHERS. I want these products, and I am disturbed by the company getting people who are upset the don't get what they want right away bashing a legit company. I don't want their bad press to kill it before they succeed. SUPPORT MAGFAST. As my earlier review states: I really want that AIR charger with the WALL charger stuck on it giving it power, sitting over there on my writing desk with NO CABLE, even if I have to wait another year. Despite delays in meeting the original estimated timeframe, I have found the entire company of Magfast, LLC to be as open and honest as possible. I still use one of the original ThingChargers (the forerunner to the Magfast system), and I have complete and unwavering confidence that my monetary support of Magfast will be validated. Magfast's unswerving dedication to be the very best in the market has resulted in longer than projected design timelines and certification timelines (something many products simply skip over). The global pandemic of 2020 has also caused unforeseen delays. If these unanticipated, unforeseen, and unavoidable delays are causing others to consider backing away, my advice is to "stay the course." I signed on for two Pro Kits because I whole-heartedly believe in the stated goals and mission of Magfast. One of the key points is to be a responsible global citizen and not to contribute to the heaping mounds of quickly disposed of electronic garbage. I would much rather receive my products in a near-perfect finished state than something quickly shipped out because of dates projected out two and three years ago. Seymour Segnit and team, every single one of them, have been nothing but open and honest in their communication and customer service. They have my full confidence.

As soon as I saw my first Magfast video, I was onboard. I have purchased too many chargers to count over the years and am so excited to receive every piece these wonderful people manufacture. Okay, honestly the only item I haven't ordered is the watch charger but only because I don't own an Apple Watch....yet. Seymour and Kate have been so good about keeping us informed as design and manufacturing progressed. I have the utmost faith in them and the company. This has been a very unique year for all of us, but Seymour has done his absolute best to keep the ball rolling. Yes, it is difficult at times to wait, but perfection takes time and I believe that is exactly what Magfast will deliver, products that will last for years. I know it will be like Christmas when my Magfast Pro kit does arrive, and I'm sure then everyone that is fortunate enough to see how they all work will certainly be ordering for themselves and for others. I would imagine anyone would treasure these chargers if they received them as a gift. Not only are they honest people, but also very generous as they have given away many prizes to people during their contests. I have had the pleasure of speaking with Kate several times. She is very knowledgeable as well as an absolute delight and an asset to the company. I trust them 100%, and if I could give them 100 stars, I certainly would.

As someone who has backed this project since day 1 I know what it is to wait for a product to be delivered. Most of the projects I have backed via kickstarter and indiegogo have been delayed by both months and in some cases years. Crowd funding is a waiting game for those of us who choose to believe in a product. The MAGFAST difference, I believe is, the weekly updates. How many other crowd funded companies give you a weekly video update to let you know their minute by minute progress on the product that you ordered? How many other crowd funded companies put the owner and architect of the idea in front of a camera every single week and let you know where the pitfalls are in developing something that's never been done before? To my experience, this is brand new. Seymour and company step in front of a camera weekly to update progress from all over the world, answer customer questions and explain why delays happen. Given the global pandemic has ground most manufacturing to a halt, the creation of new products being delayed is to be anticipated. I backed Seymour's last product and use it in my home daily. I have no doubt that MAGFAST and the entire suite of products will work flawlessly for my family. I can tell you that i am as anxious to receive my products as anyone else but I am willing to wait for a product that meets Seymour's exactly standards. My advice is be patient and you will be rewarded with the best charging solution for at home and on the go that you could possibly find in the marketplace.

TRULY BELIEVE IN MAGFAST. YES, TAKEN IN ACCOUNT STARTING FROM NOTHING TO BUILD THE ULTIMATE CHARGING SYSTEM. YET REMEMBER TIME HAS REALLY CHANGED IN PAST 6 MONTHS OF NON STOP GOING TO BAM BRAKES APPLIED DUE TO COVID-19. EVERY SINGLE COMPANY HAD TO HALT PRODUCTION. RESULTING IN A SET BACK FOR MAGFAST. I LOOK AT THIS AS AN OPPORTUNITY FOR MAGFAST CREATING A BETTER PRODUCT FOR US-THE CUSTOMER.

I would absolutely recommend this product! The design is amazing! I love the way everything connects easily and magnetically. No wires everywhere is an absolute plus. It's so cool that the small connectors have a hidden spot inside the wall unit And my favorite is the "air". Check it out!

Awesome! Has all the charging capabilities, as Seymor said in one unit: Past: USB Cable, Present: USB (B or A) cable and future USB (C) cable! love the magnetic conections as well!! Thank you for streamlining our charging capabilities; theadded benefit of a tree being planted for each item ordered. We can help the enviornment and cut down on all those different cables/wires for charging. Well worth the money and investment!! I will definitely tell everyone about Magfast!!!

Yes, for early technology adaptors, this product line is of superior quality. The magnetic charging concept is innovative. In addition to the wall outlet of specific interest to me was the "Air" cell phone stands and the car charger as I live in an RV.

I just listened to the live presentation which was very well done. Great use of the technology platform. The presentation was well thought out with good use of visual aides. As they said most homes have about 11 "connected devices" and most of them are mobile. That is certainly the case for me. I also LOVE the idea of getting rid of cables. And I love the idea of a "family" of products. Sure - it gets you hooked in - but the benefit is that you have products that are designed to work together. And that is what stands out here - Design has really been thought out here. And if the quality is as good as they promise then instead of buying and re-buying chargers and cables, you can just get a family set and you are ready to go for the long haul! I look forward to getting my order and giving you another update in the future!

SCAM. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY MONEY! THEY ARE PRETENDING TO DO A CROWDFUNDING CAMPAIGN TO TAKE YOUR MONEY WITHOUT DELIVERING ANYTHING. They are not working on developing any charger nor will they ever release one. They are pretending to be "in the process of" making something so you give them money. They are throwing fancy webinars, giveaway sessions (when it will get released - Haha), etc. all this is to get publicity so people ultimately put money into their scam. They Actually are pretending to be a "crowdfounded" project, but the goal of this is to claim that they do not have any responsibility to ever release anything, as you put money towards allowing them to do anything, and if they fail in producing the item (which they will since they are not doing anything!), your money is gone anyway and there is nothing you can do. Just look as this project have been going on for 3+ year with crazy marketing, webinars 6-10 times a week, giveaways, etc. and they still have not produced anything nor will. Anybody ever reviewed any prototype that we can see online? No. Any prototype video / development video to prove they are working on Something? No of course. The only results for "Magfast" on Google is their own website, nobody ever featured this product on their news article since it is a clear scam. But their marketing, webinars, and ads to sell pre-ordered products are everywhere. Stay away from this as much as you can for your own good. And just wait till they get on Amazon and order it at that time (Haha good joke).

We're not sure why this gentleman has decided to engage in an online hate campaign. He's posted similar baseless nonsense in several places around the web. An opinion that we should have delivered faster is fine. Objecting to our style is fair game. But you will quickly verify that most of what Mr Willame has posted above is simply untrue. We honestly believe that if he took the time to follow what we've been doing, not only would he change is mind, but he would come away taken aback at the care and attention that is going into creating not just these products, but an effort to change our industry for the better. We wish him well, of course.

@alexandre_willame As a supporter of SEVERAL INDIEGOGO and KICKSTARTERS, over the years, I have become familiar with the way some of these things go.  When you think of it - isn't it quite amazing that average citizens can actually bring their amazing ideas to life - by starting crowdfunding campaigns?  This sure wasn't possible when I was younger in the early 90's.  Anyway, the amount of money required to start a business from idea to manufacture to shipping is INSANE. And trying to do it in the most economical fashion means a lot of these companies can't always do it the fastest. The MAIN think you want to look for when supporting a campaign is COMMUNICATION and RESPONSIVENESS.  Why am I still with MAGFAST, hook, line, and sinker for almost 3 years?  Because THEY COMMUNICATE and RESPOND.  I had even lost my email account that I had signed up originally with them, and they were able to find my account and switch me to a new email when I hadn't communicated with them EVER, and that was a year and a half after I pre-ordered. I had to email them OVER and OVER because I was mailing from a new account and it was getting spammed by their account. But when they finally saw it, they were SUPER APOLOGETIC and got me squared away.  Additionally, they have been updating customers with webinars CONTINUALLY for all this time. I have emailed them about the products, and they let me know what is going on. They are trying to create the best set of chargers we will ever need, and then they get hit with a PANDEMIC in CHINA????!!!!! --the place where all startups go to inexpensively create new marvels of technology (so we can have them at the cheap prices we want)  What bad luck.   I have been in constant communication with MAGFAST since I reconnected and I hate to see all these bad reviews against them, because I know how hard they are trying to bring these products to us. And if bad reviews kill the company, because people don't understand startups and also don't realize HOW MUCH THIS COMPANY COMMUNICATES to its CUSTOMERS, then none of us are going to benefit from their great ideas! All the companies I have supported have delivered their product, but it was usually months or years past the original deadline. This is just the nature of the beast of crowdfunding. I work in Corporate America and I know how much time it takes to get a product or release to market, and that is with an entire established company behind you. I can't imagine what it must take to be a small startup.  The fact that they are able to do what they are doing and still stay in contact with their supporters like they do, I find fascinating. I would ask that all the reviewers below that give their 1 star reviews, that they write back in another follow up to their review that MAGFAST took care of them and gave their money back or explained to them the true situation and they understood and decided to keep supporting. What is the alternative? We want these products, don't we? Isn't that why we ordered them?  If we don't support them, then we get nothing. I, for one, want to see them succeed, because I want the products. When i saw the bad reviews, what caught my eye the most, was that MAGFAST was responding to them ALL!  That's the same experience I have had.  They behave like the family they branded themselves as "MAGFAST Family", so keep supporting them, and if you love their idea, then send your money in and let it spawn this new line of chargers that I can't wait to use. Really impressed with customer service so far, and the products themselves are so great, and long overdue on the market. Thankyou for allowing me to be a part of the journey to GENUINE WIRELESS charging. We have a child that has special needs. Hoping that these products will allow him more autonomy when it comes to charging his own iPad, by himself.
