Yes, they have been at this for a while, but designing, refining, redesigning, and engineering a product that has never been done this well before in the midst of a pandemic that caused worldwide shortages, has brought its own challenges. There are multiple products in production now, and most of the major products in their lineup are being shipped now, or will be shipped by April. There’s an actual shipping schedule that is available, and details the shipping each week and month until that time. I have received Lux cables so far, and they are the best and sturdiest cables I’ve ever seen. I have no doubts that the two other products that I’ve ordered will be of equal or better quality. They are scheduled to arrive in March. The customer service department was responsive to my inquiries when I wrote an email asking about my cables. Within 15 minutes after sending my email, I received a response. Three or four days later, my cables were in my hands. They are beautiful and durable, and beautifully packaged. I won’t ever need to buy cables again as they are guaranteed for life. And they come with adapters to fit all of the different openings currently available for charging cables. They are literally in the process of becoming the Gold Standard for charging products. Other products are going to be imitating these products for years to come. They are doing things well and correctly, instead of quickly and shoddily.
