I have been backing Magfast from the beginning and they have been the best startup I have backed by a long way. Customer support is outstanding if you need to contact them and the regular updates have been informative and interesting (and sometimes fun). Due to Covid, delivery of the products I ordered has been delayed but on the whole, Magfast have been upfront and honest - they have even absorbed the considerable price increases for components and shipping. The only slight criticism I have is that (in my view) the regular update has become more of a sales pitch rather than an update on what is happening. I can understand that they are aiming to get new customers but for someone who has watched all the updates (and there have been a lot), I do not need to be told how the product works - just what's happening with production and shipping.
