MAGFAST is a very small company, but is has big-time technology. The small support team is awesome. All of the products are quite practical. The founder/inventor, Seymour Signet, and his awesome team, are very helpful, friendly and transparent. If the Covid-19 worldwide pandemic had not happened, then I would have received my preordered ProKit, the perks, and the MAGFAST Lux cables would be here by next week. I love MAGFAST’s easy usability, quality, practicality precision look. They are looking to the future of charging, while still supporting the older technology. I also love the weekly MAGFAST Live episodes. I’ve seen some incredible things, and they have done (e.g. like physically show video, or do live demonstrations of how a product works), or giving the livestreaming audience a chance to ask questions live. And, if they do not know how to answer, they promise to get back to you soon; and they do it. From what I’ve already seen, they are doing it correctly, even if they need to stop manufacturing in order to get a late bug fixed in a product, before it is retested with the changes made, and production resumes.
