Indices is an extension for Chrome that makes a table of contents on Medium articles using the headings in it. You can click on the sections in the sidebar to skip around the article with ease. I like it. But do not you want to create a Pocket app version? If you build that feature, this will be a tremendous increase in usability

Update: It now works on all blogs that use Medium, including custom domains.
