Why use this over, say, a Notion board? 🤔 Honest question.

@anna_0x The main reasons are: disconnected feedback loops (it is difficult to follow up each user on a Notion page, and also, make it scalable, not burn your audience for not relevant notifications, etc), it would be more complex to analyze. Maybe today it looks very simple, but with more work on our side we can help you understand in depth things that you may otherwise miss, because simply Notion/Trello/Whatever do not have in mind the objective with which Follab (or alternatives) was constructed: help you to collect, organize and analyze customer feedback, in order to make better product decisions. At the end of the day, Clubhouse may have happened on Discord. We choose what best solves the problem that we want to solve, instead of opting for one that solves many at the same time but none so well.
