Hey ProductHunters πππ
Iβm Prasad, Maker of Chatcare.
Chatcare is a ChatGPT-based customer support platform that helps businesses reduce their customer support efforts by up to 60%.
Lots of love, coffee, and midnight oil went into making this.

@prasad_pilla Congrats on getting Chatcare out into the world! As someone whoβs also in the startup scene, I know how much work goes into every little detail. Cutting down on customer support efforts is always a big win in my book. Hereβs to your hard work paying off and to many more cups of coffee on your journey ahead!
@iskandarchacra thanks a lot! happy to hear that our efforts towards making everything super simple is paying off.
We are still experimenting with GTM one TG at a time, but currently focusing on e-commerce stores that have many products.

congratulations on your launch! Looks like a product with high scope.
I liked the UI in comparison to many other AI chatbots.
Hope Chatcare grows bigger and bigger π
@hrithik_kaul1 That's so kind of you! Thanks a ton Hrithik π We strive to make the UI as intuitive as possible, we are very early and lot of scope for improvement. Please do let me know if you have any feedback
@anthony_latona Yeah, literally every site on the internet has FAQs but ironically nobody reads em.
Can't blame them though, folks don't have time to navigate through all the FAQs. Chatcare bot can give instant answers leading to a much better experience.
@prasad_pilla Exactly! Plus, when you're crafting a traditional FAQ, you're assuming the language and jargon that the reader is going to use (in the off chance that they even read it...). With a smart chatbot, you can take most of the guess work out and the users can find their answers much easier. Even a tiny bit of enhanced user experience can give you an advantage.
