I think we won't see any non-Chatgpt chatbots soon, so its only natural. I think Pulsedesk is a great product as it's on the simple side of things - easy to setup and operate. Best of luck!
There are some products like this in my collection, I think it's a great idea to implement such a product in support service. I will compare and definitely try it in our first business
