I bought a lift time membership and pumped I made the move. I find this really helps me stay on task especially if I've had a bad night sleep or an intense day.

Pros:

Great product. It helps me stay focused, even when I'm switching from task to task. I've recommended it to a bunch of people on my team.

Cons:

I enjoy the music but it would be nice if they had a few more options. Especially under the "Focus category".

I have been using Brain.fm consistently since purchasing a lifetime membership back in January. I mainly use it during work (programming), sometimes when sleeping.

Pros:

Brain.fm's "relaxed focus" is my goto for extended focus

Cons:

Android app is still in beta, and a bit buggy

Pleasantly surprised by the effectiveness as a tool for focus (the only channel I've tried) and the quality of the compositions as ambient music.

Pros:

Surprisingly effective

Cons:

Website design is garish and dated (no offense guys!)

Give me something to spend the money on!

Feels like very low quality sound

Cons:

Feels like very low quality sound

Having tried several other "meditation apps" or "study music stations" I have referred Brain.fm to several people as the best option

Pros:

Many applications (focus, nap, sleep, meditate)

Cons:

I use sleep mode every night and know all of the "songs" and wouldn't mind some new versions added...

Overall, fantastic work!

Pros:

Well-researched and effective product! Turning It on before starting project/tasks is now as much a part of my daily routine as coffee.

Cons:

Still a young product, but hopefully moving forward we see a variety of higher tempo focus options for those with ADD/ADHD.

Cons:

Great sound quality, helps me focus and stay on task.

I used Brain.fm for years and I bought a lifetime subscription four years ago. Despite frequent problems with the service (almost no new music added in the four years I've been a subscriber and it doesn't work on Google Chrome), I've finally had my last straw with them. Without warning, Brain.fm has suddenly disabled my lifetime subscription on the iOS app. It still works on the browser, but this doesn't help me a whole lot as one way I often used Brain.fm was to help me sleep. To call their customer service terrible and incompetent would be an understatement. They asked me to provide screenshots proving my subscription, which I did. Then they asked me to provide the same screenshots again. I did. It's not been three days and despite my emails to them, they have not responded to me, and have not fixed this issue. Utter garbage service.
