Congrats on the launch, @james_clear. 👏 Changing habits can apply to so many topics (health, relationships, general happiness, etc.). Is there a particular focus of the book or topic that's most applicable for the book?
I read an early copy of this and it's fantastic. The best book I've read this year by a wide margin.

I can vouch for what @james_clear says in the introduction:

"While science supports everything I've written, this book is not an academic research paper; it's an operating manual."

Super insightful PLUS super practical. Hard to find a book that does that well, but Atomic Habits does.

Pros:

Insightful, research-backed, yet intuitive and actionable

Cons:

Deep, thought-provoking. Not a quick read.

I'm waiting for my copy to arrive but can't wait to apply what I learn from it into https://everyday.app :-) Anyone who wants to personally grow should look into James' content, also on his website. It really helped me learn a lot about myself and to improve.
