Congrats on the launch, @james_clear. 👏 Changing habits can apply to so many topics (health, relationships, general happiness, etc.). Is there a particular focus of the book or topic that's most applicable for the book?

I read an early copy of this and it's fantastic. The best book I've read this year by a wide margin.

I can vouch for what @james_clear says in the introduction:

"While science supports everything I've written, this book is not an academic research paper; it's an operating manual."

Super insightful PLUS super practical. Hard to find a book that does that well, but Atomic Habits does.

Pros:

Insightful, research-backed, yet intuitive and actionable

Cons:

Deep, thought-provoking. Not a quick read.

Excited to dig into the book. After having James on my podcast, the little nuggets he shared resonated with me that change comes in small increments, with daily application.

I got to hang out with James in person last year, and I came away thinking "His book is going to be a best seller."

Pros:

Not just theory: it's actionable!
