πŸ‘‹ Hey Product Hunt!

Introducing AiMail + Iris AI β€” the autonomous email agent that handles IT and team workflows directly through email.

The problem: IT help desks often take 4–24 hours for simple tasks like creating accounts, resetting passwords, onboarding employees, resolving help desk tickets, or scheduling meetings.

The solution: Iris AI automates all of this in under a minute:

  • βœ… Create user accounts and configure mailboxes

  • βœ… Generate documents like offer or joining letters

  • βœ… Schedule meetings and manage multi-step workflows

  • βœ… Forward emails or manage team tasks

No apps, no dashboards, no tickets β€” just email Iris, and it gets the job done.

πŸ’‘ Try it yourself: Send an email to iris@aiinak.com with any IT or admin request and watch it work instantly.

I’d love your feedback: Which feature excites you most, and what else should Iris automate?

@afzaalrΒ Amazing One πŸš€
AiMail + Iris AI feels like a huge step forward for real operational automation. The fact that it can understand emails and actually perform IT/admin tasks end-to-end (not just reply to them) is super impressive.

I have a question:
How does Iris handle multi-step tasks that require confirmations or conditional logic?
For example, onboarding a new employee often involves several approvals β€” can Iris manage those workflows automatically?

Afzaal Muhammad

@craz_leyaΒ Exactly β€” Iris is built to handle multi-step tasks. For example, onboarding a new employee: Iris can send emails, wait for approvals or confirmations, and continue executing the workflow automatically. If a step requires extra info that Iris doesn’t have, it can ask the workflow owner, then resume once the info is provided. The goal is fully autonomous workflows with human oversight only where needed.

Interesting. Does it work with custom apps? Onboarding and support email is a real pain
Would love to try it out

@chilaraiΒ Hey! Great question πŸ‘‹ Custom apps integration: Not yet, but it's on the roadmap! Right now Iris works with our self-hosted mail infrastructure, but I'm planning to add: - SMTP/IMAP integration for any mail server - API webhooks for custom app triggers - Zapier/Make integration (Q1 2026)

For onboarding/support emails: Iris can definitely help! You can: 1. Build automated workflows: "Send welcome email to new users every time they sign up" 2. Create email templates: "Generate onboarding sequence for [customer name]" 3. Schedule follow-ups: "Send check-in email 3 days after signup" All via simple email commands to iris@aiinak.com - no coding needed.

@afzaalrΒ This is really great.

Very impressive tool! Iris handling real IT tasks through simple emails is seriously powerful. Quick question: Can Iris follow custom company workflows automatically? Great work!

Afzaal Muhammad

@business_wayΒ Thanks! πŸ™ Yes β€” Iris can follow custom company workflows. You can define triggers, conditions, and approvals, and Iris will execute tasks automatically based on your instructions. It even handles multi-step workflows, checks for confirmations, and notifies the workflow owner if human input is needed. The idea is that your team defines the rules once, and Iris takes care of the rest.

Smith

This is a really powerful solution β€” Iris automating real IT/admin tasks from within email is next-level.

I’m wondering: What’s the pricing model for AiMail + Iris AI?
Is it usage-based, per user, or a flat subscription? Also, do you offer discounts for small teams or startups?

Looking forward to learning more β€” great job!

Afzaal Muhammad

@paikergΒ Hi, it's per user and per business license.
