adict.ai: Less CRM. More closing. AI for deals and invoicing.

I'm the founder & CEO of Digitlabs and the maker behind adict.ai.

We originally started building this tool for ourselves. Running a company, we constantly needed three things in one place:
• better client intelligence
• faster deal and opportunity creation
• and a simple way to generate invoices

Most CRMs felt heavy, expensive, and required too much manual updating. Instead of helping close deals, they often slow teams down.

So we decided to lean into the shift that’s happening in how people interact with software.
We’re building an AI-native CRM powered by agentic AI that helps move deals forward, speeds up workflows, and reduces manual admin work.

Our goal is to make a system that is much more accessible than traditional tools like Salesforce, while enabling teams to close deals faster with the help of AI agents.

We’re actively expanding the platform and working on several additional capabilities that will make workflows even more automated in the coming weeks.

For the builders here: the backend is written in Rust, which allows us to keep the platform extremely fast and scalable as we continue adding AI-driven features.

We’re also starting a collaboration with a modern payment processor to bring crypto payment capabilities into the platform, something we're excited to roll out soon.
