Hi Product Hunt! I'm Jojo, founder of NEXUPIRA.
Most AI tools hand small businesses a blank chat box and leave them to figure out what to ask. Owners don't have time for that. They need help that already knows the job.
So NEXUPIRA gives you an AI team. Each teammate has a role, a ready-made first task, and hands back finished work you can use right away.
Why I built it. Small business owners answer customer messages, build quotes and sort receipts long after closing time. The work is repetitive, but it can't be sloppy. I wanted them to hand it over in one sentence and still stay in control of what goes out.
Free plan, live today:
WhatsApp inbox: every customer message gets a reply drafted from your own documents. You approve what goes out.
Rex (sales & customer service) prepares quotes as ready-to-send PDFs.
Docu (finance & expenses) turns income, receipts and statements into a clean Excel sheet.
Nova (admin secretary) keeps your calendar and schedule in order.
Routines run on a schedule, like a daily industry-news digest saved to your knowledge base.
Connect Google Workspace, Notion and Telegram.
Pro (US$15/mo) adds Meno (team knowledge), Agent K (projects & workflows) and Mika (marketing drafts), connects Slack, GitHub and Linear, and lets you work with your AI team from ChatGPT or Claude.
Everything comes back as real files: Excel, Word and PDF.
I'd love your honest feedback:
In your first 5 minutes, was it clear what to hand over?
Which tool should we connect next?
Would you approve an AI-drafted reply in one tap? If not, what would make you trust it?
Thanks for checking it out. I'll be answering every comment today.
Handing back finished work instead of drafts is the right bar for an AI teammate. Congrats on the launch!
@greylightshines Thank you! That's the bar we're aiming for: you get the actual Excel, Word or PDF back, not a chat to copy from. The one exception is anything going out to a customer: that stays a draft until you approve it, so you're always the one who sends.
The PDF quote is a good place to keep the approval step close. Price, scope and what you're promising need to be easy to check before it reaches a customer.
@oleksii_sekundant Thanks! That's exactly how we built it: Rex hands you the quote as a PDF draft to check and edit first, and nothing reaches the customer until you send it yourself.
