AICRM is an AI-powered marketing CRM built to reduce the work of operating a traditional CRM. Use voice or text to manage contacts, build segments, create campaigns and take action. Underneath, AI enriches data, surfaces signals, tracks returning contacts, highlights follow-ups and tasks, and brings together email, forms, automation, calendars, lead scoring, data quality and analytics. Includes a 7 day free trial fyi.
Hi Product Hunt, I’m Zohe, the solo maker behind AICRM.
The world probably doesn’t need another CRM. There are 900+ of them already.
I built one anyway. 🙂
The reason is simple: I’ve spent years using marketing systems where the human still ends up doing far too much of the work.
I wanted a CRM where I could say what I needed and have it actually act on it, but also one intelligent enough to notice things before I asked.
AICRM lets you use voice or text to work with contacts, build segments, create campaigns and take actions. Underneath that, AI enriches data, surfaces signals, notices returning contacts and gives you a Daily Brief with follow-ups, tasks and things that need attention.
The idea started in 2023. I then overthought it, procrastinated and got quoted £15k+ just to build an MVP.
I originally trained as a developer, but I couldn’t have built this alone without modern AI coding tools. More importantly, AI let me turn years of marketing experience into the product itself.
AICRM is for founders and smaller marketing teams that want the capability of a CRM without spending their day operating one.
I’d particularly love feedback on three things:
Which proactive signals or nudges are genuinely useful?
Which CRM workflow would you hand over first?
What feels confusing, unnecessary or missing?
Blunt feedback is very welcome.
There’s a 7-day free trial, so the most useful thing you can do is actually try AICRM and tell me what works, what’s confusing and what’s missing.

Some people suggested I leave it to the big players. It was too complex for me to build... Early ChatGPT brainstorming suggested it could cost $500k to $1M to build this and a team of developers. Early quotes to build an MVP were from £15K minimum.
Of course, this made me want to build it even more :-)
There are over 900 CRMs listed on G2, I've entered an almost impossible market :-)
