Hey Product Hunt folks, I'm Akshay, founder of THAT WAS AI.
I spent the last year talking to Shopify founders and kept hearing the same complaint: customers still call, support teams burn hours on the same five questions, and the voice AI tools out there can talk to a customer but can't actually update an order, change an address, issue a refund or take any other action that's required. So the call still ends with a human doing the actual work.
So we built a phone agent that actually takes action inside a Shopify store. On a call, it can look up an order, update a shipping address, cancel or refund an order, check inventory, even place a new order right there on the call. If it can't handle something, it opens a ticket or forwards the call to your human support team with full context.
