A leadership coach runs a 20-question assessment with 40 people. The platform spits out the same PDF for everyone who scored similarly. She spends her weekend rewriting reports. A university lecturer collects reflective journals from 200 students and manually reads every single one. An HR team runs engagement surveys and the "personalised feedback" is a bar chart. The people taking these assessments wrote real, thoughtful answers. And the system ignored all of it.
