I built Bach Atlas after watching a Florida attorney burn hours bouncing between Municode, county authorities, and scattered case law just to answer what should’ve been straightforward land-use questions. At the same time, generic “AI legal chatbots” were giving confident but completely wrong answers. I didn’t want another free-floating hallucinating chatbot! I wanted something that behaves like a careful junior associate who can actually show their work. So I went vertical and Florida-first: Bach Atlas is built on official state, county, and municipal records and exposes them through a single AI research console designed to stay grounded in verifiable citations. The goal is simple: help real estate, title, land-use, and municipal practitioners move faster on real matters without sacrificing accuracy. Other states are on the roadmap. I’d love feedback from people who live in the weeds on Florida real estate, zoning, code enforcement, creditor-side risk, or local government work. What would make this genuinely useful in your day-to-day?
