I have been using Zoho SalesIQ since the introduction of the bundle Zoho CRM Plus. It is very easy to implement and to use. It is lead scoring feature helps identify the visitors and prioritize them.

We've been testing SalesIQ at picksaas for some time and it really stands out when it comes to the information about your visitors, who's on your website, how likely they are to make a purchase. It's also one of the very few live chat solutions I've seen (Zendesk also offers this feature) which lets you automatically translate the conversations, very useful when you run a multinational business. I really like the product, wonder if it becomes a more popular live chat / CRM solution in the future.
