Most "AI CRMs" are a chat box bolted onto a closed SaaS database. We went

the other way: Zetta is the backend itself, exposed to agents over MCP.

The bet — agents are good at deciding what to do with customer data, but

have nowhere durable to put it. A self-hosted MCP server with real CRUD

tools fills that gap better than another dashboard.
