Zen-Mode: Disciplined - Efficient work using interval technique without burnout

The app acts as a coach. It has a plan, sets the rhythm, reminds you to rest, and pushes you to finish the task when you're ready to give up. You understand that it knows what needs to be done, and you just trust the process.

Key features include: - You can create an unlimited number of trainers for your tasks - Customizable appearance (background and cover) - Powerful yet easy-to-use sound settings - Quick and clear program setup - Two work modes: interval and regular timer - Everything is carefully saved in history, allowing you to analyze your progress - The ability to start a new task during a break from pre-created ones Let me elaborate on the last point. I have trackers like "Spanish Word Review" (a regular 5-minute timer), "Main Work" (a 8-hour program), and "Abs Workout" (a 6-minute program). I start "Main Work." During the break, if I don’t do anything, a 5-minute countdown begins. But I can press the "Break Options" button and choose, for example, "Abs Workout." Once it’s done, I return to "Main Work." This is convenient because by pre-creating several small tasks, I don’t have to think about what to do during a break. Otherwise, it often goes like this: "The break has started, what should I do? Seems like there's nothing to do, I’ll continue working." At this point, the interval work technique stops. Over time, this leads to fatigue, and in the long run, burnout. As a bonus, the "Break Options" button logs these tasks during breaks, so you’re passively tracking your habits and can analyze them.
