Platform - The cloud platform you run by talking to it

A PaaS for any cloud. Deploy on our infrastructure or connect your own AWS, GCP, Azure, or OCI. Then run all of it in plain English from Cursor, Claude, or Codex: deploy, scale, roll back, read logs. Each key does exactly what you allow, safe by default. Transparent pricing, no surprise bills, and teams on their own cloud typically cut costs by around 50%. Real senior engineers in minutes, not tickets. 1,500+ apps, 13 years as a team, profitable and bootstrapped.

Filipe Névola here. Three years ago we launched on Product Hunt as zCloud, and the pitch was basically "same cloud, cheaper bill". That was honest and it worked. zCloud is three years old, but Quave, the company behind it, has been doing this for 13 years: 1,500+ apps run in production across every cloud, profitable and bootstrapped, no VC. The cheaper bill was never the interesting part. Today we come back as Quave ONE, the AI layer for your infrastructure. I know, "AI layer" is what every tool is saying this week hehe, so let me tell you what actually changed instead of selling you the label. You deploy your apps on our cloud (Direct), or you connect your own AWS, GCP, Azure, or OCI account (Connect, and we do the migration with you), and from that point on you just talk to it. You open Cursor, Claude, or Codex, you type "scale the web service to 5 replicas" or "show me the production errors from the last hour", and it happens, deploy, rollback, logs, scaling, all in plain English, and each key only touches exactly what you allow so it stays safe by default. Most tools hand you one more dashboard to learn. We went the other way. Support is still real senior engineers, not a ticket queue. No big promises either, I would rather you find the rough edges than have me hide them, so I am here all day. Tell me where it falls short, and tell me, what would you actually want to say to your infra?

I've used Quave ONE to move one customer out from Heroku in a recent downtime - we were up again in minutes. It all happened from the streets of Lisbon while I was traveling with my family :) Great platform, solving real pain points from our customers.

Thats great to hear! Our support team is very senior and always available to help

The scoped API keys approach is smart, feels way safer than handing an LLM a cloud admin login. Love that it works with Cursor and Claude instead of locking you into one tool.

Yea, we also developed a webchat for those who want to use LLM directly into our UI, you can bring your own key for maximum savings :)

Very interesting. The cost reduction comes from suggestions from the AI or by using multi cloud?

Congrats on the launch 🚀

great question! It is actually both! When you have a portable infra, you can get better deals (and even more credits) from big providers, which helps. Also, you can have Agents optimizing your infra every morning to make sure you pay only for what you use (would be hard to humanly achieve this level of optimization)

The UI/UX looks really friendly, especially for a cloud/API-related product, which is not always easy to make approachable.

Do users need cloud infrastructure knowledge to use Quave effectively, or can less technical users get started too?

 thanks for the UI compliment.

Anyone who has type in any language should be able to manage their infra now! The future is here :)

I'm part of the team behind Quave ONE - I work on the infrastructure side of the platform.

What excites me most about this launch is seeing everything we've built over the years - multi-region clusters, managed databases, automated backups and scaling - become something you can operate just by talking to it from Cursor, Claude, or Codex. No dashboards, no YAML, no context switching.

If you try it, I'd love to hear your feedback - especially the critical kind. Questions about how things work under the hood are welcome too, that's my favorite part. 🙂

So easy to use and when you connect the MCP then it's easy and fast. I never deployed a new app so fast and I can get new ideas running to show people or test my self in multiple devices.

Huge fan of Quave. I've been doing software development for over 20 years and have used almost every major cloud provider and self-hosted option available out there. When zCloud launched, I tried them out, then quickly moved all my apps and products over, and haven't looked back. The new API/CLI/MCP tools are fantastic. But what I really appreciate is the S Tier customer support — they're responsive, competent, and actually care about their product, their service level, and their customers. Quave has earned my trust and I look forward to many more years of growth on their platform.

I dont know much coding, so the MCP is very easy and helps me a lot!👌
