Where does execution actually break for you?

by

Most productivity tools assume the problem is organization.

But from what we’ve seen while building Zack, the real friction usually happens somewhere else:

  • You capture the task… but don’t prioritize it.

  • You prioritize it… but don’t act.

  • You act… but context switches kill momentum.

  • You plan… but real life reshuffles everything.

So I’m curious:

Where does execution break down for you most often?

  1. Capture

  2. Prioritization

  3. Starting

  4. Staying focused

  5. Adapting when plans change

And if you’ve tried AI-based tools:

  • Did they reduce friction?

  • Or just reorganize it differently?

Genuinely interested in patterns here, both for users and for how we evolve Zack.
