We are thrilled to introduce YouRate—your universal rate card.
When building hiring plans and budgets, you can learn about the salaries of in-house engineers or how much freelancers charge from many sources. There are, however, no tools that can help to determine what the average rates are for contractor engineers from outsourcing agencies.
Having a network of over 500 development agencies in Latin America and Europe, we—YouTeam—decided to make our data on the consultants’ rates public. Now you don't need to guess on budget when planning to hire offshore contractor developers.
With YouRate, you can model different hiring & contracting scenarios by selecting the technology, experience, and country and see software developers' hourly rates. 🔥
Here's how it works:

- and the location
After, you can see the distribution of the engineers' rates in your selected country. You may test different counties and levels of experience to find the most desired fit.
