You Are Not Too Much: ADHD & Autism - Real, interconnected stories for neurodivergent adults.

by
Unlike clinical guides that treat ADHD and Autism as flaws to be fixed, this bundle honors the true neurodivergent experience. It weaves together six real, interconnected lives navigating one city. Standing out with immersive audio reflections, a 41-page master book, and a 30-slide visual sanctuary, it moves past cold data. It acts as a mirror to soothe years of masking and internalized blame, proving your brain isn't broken, it's just beautifully different.

Hello Product Hunt community! 👋 I am incredibly moved to share "You Are Not Too Much" with you today. For decades, neurodivergent individuals have had to navigate unspoken rules, rhythmic expectations, and daily environments designed for a completely different kind of mind. This project was born from watching brilliant people spend years performing an exhausting 'offline mask'—smiling through sensory overload and swallowing intense anxiety just to fit in. I wanted to build a safe, pressure-free sanctuary where adults with ADHD and Autism could finally hear their internal reality accurately validated. Most medical literature handles neurodivergence as a checklist of symptoms or a set of executive deficits to fix. The problem is that clinical data completely misses the deep isolation of a late diagnosis, or the 'half-second translation' it takes to process everyday social cues. I wanted to replace cold diagnostics with raw, real, comforting human representation. Initially, I set out to write a straightforward educational guide. But as I dove deeper into the lived architectures of ADHD and Autism, the process shifted entirely. I realized information alone doesn't heal decades of being told to 'be less'. The project evolved into a creative, cross-media ecosystem: an interconnected narrative following six characters, paired with highly visual presentation summaries and deeply intimate audio reflections. This bundle isn't about teaching you how to become smoother or more manageable for the rest of the world. It is a validation toolkit for your mind, exactly as it is wired right now. I’d love to hear your thoughts, stories, and reflections in the comments below! Thank you so much for exploring this with me today. 🤍
