does it actually send the chase emails from my own address or does it go out from some yorsuite domain that clients might not recognize?

Great question! Chase emails send from a Yorsuite-managed sender domain (something like ) with your business name as the From — so clients see "Your Business" in their inbox, not a random address. We do it this way so SPF/DKIM/DMARC all pass properly and the emails actually land in the inbox instead of spam. Replies route back to your email, so any client response comes straight to you. Custom sender domains (sending from your own .com) are on the roadmap for teams that want full white-label.
