Yippity is an AI question-and-answer generation app. It was built to bridge the gap between your notes and successful study techniques such as active recall. All it takes is to copy and paste your notes and Yip will take care of the rest.
I realized that question-based learning works the best for me so I have been looking for ways to generate questions from my notes so that I can come back to them later. I wasn't able to find a general solution so I created Yippity.
Since there is a 2000 character limit I have been chunking my notes and generating questions at a paragraph level. I then copy the questions and answers that Yip creates for me and then paste them in Notion under the original paragraph.
What workflows can you think Yippity could be beneficial for?
@petersweeney1028 This is only the beginning but seeing that other people find this valuable as well motivates me a lot!

Whoa! Genius!! Ok, I see the potential here but think it has to include a workflow. Like, maybe you upload a doc and then it outputs it with the questions added in after every few paragraphs, or inserted as notes? Or maybe it will be able to connect directly with Notion or Evernote or even have built-in notebook functionality… Not sure if I’m being clear but hope this helps you brainstorm!
@anna_0x I think the first thing I will support will be Notion! This is super valuable feedback :)

@juantwojuan another idea (don’t know if it’s feasible): a browser extension! So, regardless of which writing app you’re using (Notion, Google Docs, Evernote…), you’d be able to select a passage → right click → “Generate questions with Yippity” → the questions are pasted below your selection.

the project is amazing, it would be much more useful if the questions were asked in the language of the text introduced, I tested the tool using a text in Portuguese and the questions were asked in English and the answers were translated into English
@the_house_of_creativity We will be introducing multi-lingual answer support! Am glad you liked it! Thanks for taking your time to give us some feedback :)
@tausif_mulla Am glad you liked it! There's a lot more to come :) Feel free to follow me on Twitter, I am going to be posting constant updates there about the development of the product :) https://twitter.com/JuantwoJuan_
