I built Xsilent around a simple situation: sometimes you hand someone your phone to show them one photo, but that doesn’t mean you want the rest of your private files one swipe away. That idea grew into something broader than a photo vault. I wanted privacy to continue even when you actually need to use or share a file. That led to Dynamic Decoy, where a different PIN can open a separate decoy vault, and Clean Share, which lets you blur sensitive details, remove metadata and optionally add a watermark before sharing. Over time, Xsilent expanded to protect photos, videos and PDFs, with encrypted Trash, private PDF viewing, Quick Lock, screenshot protection, face-down protection, auto-lock and encrypted backup. I also deliberately kept out things I personally don’t want in a privacy app: accounts, ads and recurring subscriptions. Xsilent is a one-time Lifetime purchase.
