Xero Integration for Zoho CRM - Sync invoices, quotes, POs and contacts: Xero to Zoho CRM

Hey Product Hunt! 👋 We built this because our own team was stuck manually re-entering data between Xero and Zoho CRM every day, chasing invoice statuses, copying quotes, and double-checking purchase orders. It was slow and error-prone, so we built a bidirectional sync to fix it for good. What it does by default: Auto-syncs invoices, quotes, purchase orders, contacts, and products between Xero and Zoho CRM in real time, including automatic quote-to-invoice conversion when a deal closes. Beyond the default setup: Every business runs Zoho CRM differently, so we also do custom field mapping, data migration, and conditional/rule-based sync logic, for example, syncing only certain deal stages, mapping custom modules, or triggering syncs based on specific conditions in your CRM.
