Hey Folks, This is Harsh, Product Lead at WotNot. 👋🏻 So after endless efforts from our team for months, we have finally launched our new and revamped Live Chat! 😀 This new update of our software now helps you engage your website/social audience easily and pragmatically. Team routing in live chat that seems new. So will that mean the chat can be assigned randomly to anyone in the team?

That's correct. We've researched a lot interacting with hundreds of our customers and what we learnt is every chat is highly specific about what they are looking for. Hence, we made 'Teams' as a tool to assign the right chat to the right agent in the right team 😀

I think one thing I’ve noticed about this tool is how enterprise-friendly it is. Most of the new features seem to make it easier for customer support in big organizations.
