From co-parenting to property changeovers — where could Wotcha help you?

Hi everyone - as we get ready for Thursday’s launch, I wanted to share some of the uses we’ve been exploring for Wotcha.

The idea is simple: send a clear request, let someone say “I’ve got it”, and know when it’s done. That turns out to be useful in quite a few situations:

👨‍👩‍👧 Co-parenting: School pickups, kit bags and appointments between two homes. Make it clear who has agreed to handle each thing.

🏡 Holiday lets and property: Send a changeover checklist, arrange a key handover or ask someone to check a repair before guests arrive.

🤝 Supporting family members: Share shopping, lifts and everyday errands between siblings or helpers. Offer a job to a Circle so someone can take it and everyone knows it’s covered.

🔧 Trades and practical jobs: Keep the instructions, checklist and photos with the original request, so you can see what was done.

⛵ Clubs, events and boats: Collect the equipment, prepare the venue or ask someone to check the boat and send back a reading or photo.

💼 Small teams: Hand over a customer follow-up, equipment check or proposal review with a clear person responsible.

The common thread is that familiar moment: “I thought someone else was doing it.”

You share a Wotcha through WhatsApp, Messages or email. The recipient can respond in their browser without installing the app or creating an account.

I’m keen to explore how far this simple handover can go.
