I've been working remotely for almost 5 years now, and honestly, I often find myself working from cafes, probably 3 to 4 times a week. working from home all day can get pretty boring sometimes, anyone else feel the same? Most of the time, I'm either working alone or with some friends. but when I'm by myself, I sometimes wish I had someone around, just to chat with or bounce ideas off of. It makes those long work sessions feel a bit less lonely. That's what inspired me to build WorkMates, a platform that helps remote workers find and join co-working sessions with others nearby. It's completely free to use, and I'm planning to open source it soon so the community can help make it even better.
