Hey Product Hunt šŸ‘‹ I'm the maker of ValueLens. I built it because doing real Buffett-style analysis meant juggling five browser tabs and a messy spreadsheet. ValueLens pulls a company's last 10 years straight from SEC EDGAR, runs a two-stage Owner-Earnings DCF you tweak with sliders, and (optionally) writes a Morningstar-style research report with Claude — all natively on your Mac. A few principles I stuck to: • Your data, your keys — all data sources are free (SEC / Finnhub / Yahoo / FRED), and AI uses your own Claude API key (billed by Anthropic, ~$8/mo), so I'm not reselling tokens or locking you in. • One-time purchase, no subscription. • It's a research tool, not investment advice. Would love feedback — especially from fellow value investors. Happy to answer anything!
