Hi everyone 👋 I’m excited to share Gayatri Freelancer Support System. While working with WordPress clients, I often found that support requests come from many different places — emails, chats, and messages — which makes them difficult to track. So I built a lightweight plugin that allows freelancers and agencies to manage client support requests directly inside the WordPress dashboard. The goal was to keep it simple and practical for freelancers who want an easy way to organize client communication without relying on external tools.
