@allan_guo Willw is great, better than other transcription tools I've used, the issue that I'm having is that your customer support team doesn't answer me. I've experienced various bugs on Windows and tried contacting you and the team via email, X.com etc multiple times but with no reply. What's the best channel to report bugs so that someone can respond? unfortunately the Windows product isn't usable for me with these bugs persisting and no one answering.

Decided to give this a shot, and i was really blown away. The dictation is spot on!! if the mini model is this good then i wonder how much better the pro model will be. Great value, well done team.
